I'm Caroline :)
I am so excited that you are here! When I am not behind my camera, you can find me with my husband or occupied with my two sweet girls; Willow who is three and Olivia who is five months. I absolutely LOVE being a mom, it has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl. Outside of mom life, I enjoy being cuddled up on the couch with a glass of wine, laughing as I watch the Kardashians...Yes..I am a total sucker for reality TV. I enjoy a solo trip to TJ-Maxx and browsing through all of the isles of stuff that I think I need. I am a sweets addict and religiously check Crumbl Cookies Sunday lineup for the week to see what cookies I want to indulge in. While I love cookies, I also love working out (Balance, right?) I attend a group workout class almost every morning. It sets my mood for the day and also gives me an hour of alone time while my girls attend childcare (Mom Win!)
I developed a love for all things motherhood and families long before I held a camera in my hands. I started babysitting when I was 10 and was often found spending time with kids for "fun". I was the kid who adults trusted to leave their children with when I was younger. When I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up I always responded with, "I don't know. Something with kids." I perused child development for awhile, considered becoming a teacher, but none of that felt completely right.
Shortly after becoming a mom, I fell in love with photography. I first hand-idly understood how fast time truly flew by and I wanted to capture every moment of my daughters life. I realized this is what I wanted to do. I could combine my passion for families and babies and turn that into a beautiful career. My goal for every session is to help you pause the chaos of everyday life and to embrace your beautiful family wherever it is in that moment. *I am the youngest of four siblings
*Before I became a photographer I always thought I would make a great therapist. I still am so interested in it, I just don't want to go to school for that long!
* I have always had a natural love for kids. I started babysitting when I was nine!
* My Husband served in the Marine Corps for 8 years. We lived in North Carolina and Oceanside, CA.
*I am a natural introvert but become an extrovert when I am working and with my close family and friends
* When I go to the movies I MUST have Milk Duds and something sour.
* My ideal night out with a friend would be getting cozy in comfy clothes and drinking coffee or wine while chatting.
* I love Golden Retriever's. Especially ours! His name is Bentley and he is 4 years old.
* I love country music
* I love workout classes! Some of my favorites are yoga, cycling, barbell and cardio kickboxing.
